Medina - Hit in LA

(BT) Medina has a series of concerts in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.According to a local DJ-promoter Bt.dk have talked to, she is a big hit over there.

- You managed! Wish I had gotten your autograph.


- America loves you! You may soon come to Florida.


The messages are passed onto Medina's Facebook page, after her Wednesday night gave a sold-out concert at LA venue The Exchange - a venue in the city with room for 1700 people.


Medina was a couple months ago at number one on the U.S. dance airplay list, so these days she is on tour in the city of angels to promote the upcoming U.S. release of her English-language album, which has already hit in Germany and other countries.


Nedda Soltani, who lives in LA and who ordinarily is promoter of DJs, talks about the concert:


- She played three of its songs, starting with the biggest hit "You and I '. The audience went berserk when she walked on stage with his big 'Medina logo behind him, and hundreds of mobiletelfoner smoke into the air to take pictures of her. Then she played 'Guys' and ended with 'Addiction', where the audience could sing along the whole way. Melanie B from Spice Girls were in the crowd and shouted with the Medina lyrics.


Nedda Soltani broadcast tells the audience after Medina's mini-concert went on to talk about what a great experience it had been.

Medina has signed a contract with the American label Ultra, and it is planned that she should be promoted in New York in September for fashion week.


Failed to get a comment from Medina, but in her twitter profile she wrote overwhelmed shortly after tonight's concert:
