Danish jazz in the new Woody Allen movie

When Woody Allen's romantic comedy "Midnight in Paris" premiered, it is with Danish jazz as part of the film's soundtrack.

Allen's new comedy, a nostalgic love letter to the city of cities, Paris, contains the jazz song "Seul ce soir", played and produced by the resident Danish / English bass player Peter Williams Quartet "Swing 41"

The song "Seul ce Soir" is a classic gypsy jazz number inspired byDjango Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli.

The number was originally released in 2008, the Quartet resolution, continued Peter Williams to promote the music. In 2010 the CD ended upwith Woody Allen in New York, and the instructor was so crazy about the music that he immediately contacted Peter Williams to get the number with the "Midnight in Paris".

- I'ma big fan of Woody Allen and his films. that's why I think it was a fun idea to send the CD to him and hope he enjoyed the music. had never in my wildest dreams imagined that one of the numbers couldcome up with one of his films. It's a huge honor and I am very proud, "say Peter Williams.

"Midnight in Paris" is Woody Allen's most profitable film ever in the U.S.and has been praised by reviewers worldwide to provide a unique andcharming Parisian atmosphere. On the role list, among other OwenWilson, Rachel McAdams, Kathy Bates, Marion Cotillard, Michael Sheen,Adrien Brody and himself France's first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.
