The people behind Lady Gaga are crazy about danish Mannequin Mars.

The Danish artist Mannequin Mars have release their second single "Oh My Gosh".

In november 2010 they won an American competition, organized by the grammy-winning producer / mixer Jack Joseph Puig (Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas and others) with their song "You Cant Love Me." After the competition, the interest grew for the brothers music and their refreshing style with influences from David Bowie, Prince and Culture Club, added with today's Auto Tune.

In 2011 they were contacted by the Danish music producer Lars Falck, who, like Jack Joseph Puig also has worked with Lady Gaga & Black Eyed Peas, here is the result of their collaboration.

The band is a pop duo consisting of two brothers, Adeeb and Kamil Alhaijali from Skive. The band has existed before they had found a band name. Adeeb was eight years old when he began writing songs while big brother Kamil was 12 when he began to produce music from a small studio he had built.

"Back then, the style was not the same," admitted the brothers, "But it didn't take too long before we knew what we wanted to do. It had to be pop music with a 80's / 90's sound and inspiration would be Michael Jackson, Prince and Roxette. "says Adeeb

On Youtube you can watch the video for "Oh My Gosh" -

Mannequin Mars is about to finalize an EP in Vibe Factory together with Jakob Winther and Emil Rosendal Lei. It will be mixed in Baby Factory this spring.

Mannequin Mars also acted as support for danish artists like Who Made Who, Vinnie Who and Mike Sheridan. They also appeared to Start Festival 2010 where they received much attention and praise for their slightly different style.

"It's a circus when we're on stage" they think. The music reflects the 80's sound, mixed with modern beats.
